The MAXIMUM number of people allowed on a Boat Water Parties charter varies according to the boat. You may utilise multiple boats rafted (subject to suitability of boat, and conditions) for bigger groups if that works for you.
Please note – any children, DJs, wait staff or photographers will be included in the total count.
On Kick’n Back, Teakin, Lulu and Cabaret, up 20 people are allowed onboard in addition to our crew of 2.
On Zeus, up to 44 people are allowed onboard in addition to our crew of 2.
On Escapade Resort, up to 43 people are allowed onboard in addition to our crew of 2.
Once you have decided on your boat, date, time, menu and any optional extras, we’ll send you a booking confirmation.
A deposit payment of 50% of the total fee is required within 48 hours to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your charter date.
We require a security bond for events with people under the age of 25.
The security bond is a $1,000 credit card authorisation, with no payment taken unless damage is incurred or excess cleaning fees apply.
Yes. A 20% surcharge will apply to the total charter cost and any other inclusions.
Payments can either be made via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), debit card or EFT direct deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking. You can reschedule your booking, if there is a change of price and adjustment to the final payment will be applied.
To ensure you can secure your preferred time and date, especially during peak season, we recommend booking your Boat Water Parties’ charter at least 3 months in advance.

Our pricing includes the captain, fuel, so you don’t have to worry about any surprise costs. We pride ourselves on providing transparent pricing and will always itemise any additional fees in your quote.
Pickup and drop off for our Pittwater party boats – Kick’n Back and Teakin – can be at either Church Point or Newport Wharf.
Pickup and drop off for our Sydney Harbour party boats – Zeus, Escapade Resort, Lulu and Cabaret – can be from a range of locations, including:
A Boat Water Parties charter lasts for four hours, commencing from first wharf pick up and ending with last wharf drop off, with an option to extend hourly or part thereof dependent upon availability.
The standard charter hours are from 10.00 am – 2.00 pm for the day charter or up until 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm for the afternoon charter. Later start times may be available, additional costs may apply.
On your Pittwater cruise you’ll enjoy one of the most stunning waterways in Australia, full of secret beaches with waterfalls that are only accessible by water as well as many other beautiful spots to swim and explore.
Depending on your pick up and drop off locations, the weather conditions on the day of your charter and any water activities you’d like to participate in, your captain will know the best spots to cruise to ensure maximum enjoyment for you.
Please ask our captain if you have a specific request and he will advise if it is possible with the timeframe and the prevailing conditions.
On your Sydney Harbour cruise you’ll take in some of Sydney’s most beautiful locations, sailing past the Opera House and the Bridge, Fort Denison, Rose Bay and Shark Island. We also stop off at some of Sydney’s most stunning beaches, accessible only by boat, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and have a relaxing glass of wine.
Kick’n Back and Tekin are stable and safe Seawind 100 catamarans, designed in Australia and built for Australian conditions. They feature an open cockpit/saloon area with 360-degree views from their panoramic windows.
Zeus is a custom built and wheelchair accessible party boat, with one of the largest deck spaces on Sydney Harbour and Australia’s only HARBOUR SPA style trampoline.
Escapade Resort is a stable and spacious Seawind 1160 catamaran with an open plan design and huge flow through spaces.
Lulu and Cabaret are Seawind 1000XL shallow draft catamarans, offer a surprising sense of spaciousness and great versatility thanks to their extra wide berth.
All of our vessels have the ability to anchor close to Pittwater or Sydney Harbour beaches, which is ideal for swimming and other leisure activities.
Children are allowed on Boat Water Parties as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult who keeps an eye on them at all times.
Regardless of their age and size, children are included in the total passenger count.
Yes you can if you choose the BYO catering option. If you choose one of the other catering packages you cannot BYO food or beverages.
There are taps on the boats, however most people prefer to bring their own water bottles if the BYO catering option is chosen. For all other catering packages, bottled water is provided.
Yes, we have Bluetooth sound systems with speakers on all our vessels that you can connect your phone’s playlist to.
Only shoes and sandals that are non-marking rubber soled may be worn.
Yes, by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
No, we provide champagne, wine and cocktail polycarbonate glassware as well as cutlery, cups and plates.
Yes you are and our vessels have swim ladders for easy water access. We even have onboard showers to rinse off the salt water.
There is undercover areas and cabin areas protected from the rain.
It is highly unlikely you will become seasick on a boat Water Party cruise as our catamarans are spacious, stable and well ventilated and our cruising area is calm and protected.
If you are prone to seasickness we recommend you take some seasickness tablets before you board the boat.
Our professional skipper and crew are highly trained and experienced in dealing with any emergencies.
Yes, all of our vessels come equipped with life jackets and first aid kits.
